About Me
I am from Afghanistan, specifically the province of Panjshir. Throughout my life, I have moved around a lot. When I was four years old, my family and I moved to Germany, where we lived for four years before returning to Afghanistan. The first picture, where I sit in a chair, shows me during kindergarten in Germany. Then we returned to our homeland, after spending a few years in Afghanistan, my dad's job relocated us across the continent to Los Angeles, California. We lived there for a year before moving to Canada. We moved here in March 2020, and now, in 2024, it has been almost five years since we arrived. I finally graduated this year, in June 2024. The second picture is of me on my graduation day with my dear mom.

I love watching movies and reading. Some of my favourite movies are listed below. I enjoy them immensely and have watched them many times; they are like my comfort films. I especially can't stop myself from rewatching the Harry Potter series every December holiday. Recently, I've also discovered some new shows that have captured my interest, which I recommend especially The Gentleman series on Netflix.
I love music, especially classic songs, which I believe are some of the most touching pieces for the heart and soul. Some of my favourite songs include "La Valsa de L'Amour" from Cinderella (2015), which I adore, as well as Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker," my all-time favourite, along with his other compositions. I also adore "Across the Stars" (Love Theme), "The Waltz Goes On," and "The Second Waltz," among many others. Among today’s artists, one of my favourites is The Weeknd; he has some of the best songs out right now and is consistently my number-one artist on Spotify.
